15. High Net Worth Individual / Sophisticated Investor Confirmation

To be able to receive information from O-Hx regarding investment,you need to meet the following criteria of a High Net Worth Individual or Sophisticated Investor as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

High Net Worth Individual

You need to to qualify as a High Net Worth Individual because at least one of the following applies to me:

With an annual income of £100,000 or more.
Or hold net assets to the value of £250,000 or more (excluding my primary residence, insurance rights, or pension benefits).

Sophisticated Investor

To qualify as a sophisticated investor, one of the following needs to apply to you.

Be a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been for at least six months prior to this date.
To have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the two years prior to this date.
To be working, or have worked in the two years prior to this date, in a professional capacity in the private equity sector or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises.
Currently, or have been in the two years prior to this date, a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million.
